How do I shop from the website?

Browse through our products and choose your favourite look. Once you are sure, you want to buy that product from us, click on the 'Add to Cart’ button. Review your purchase by going at ‘View Cart’. Add or remove items according to your desire. To complete your order, click on 'Check Out' button. Add shipping and payment details as instructed and your order will be at your doorsteps.

 

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you the Airway Bill number (AWB no.) and courier partner name via email. Please visit the logistics partner website (Delhivery) and enter the AWB no. shared with you in the 'Track Order' column. They will indicate the current location of your shipment and the expected date of delivery.

Do you offer return on the products?

We do not accept return or exchange on our products as every product is 'made to order'. 

Do I need an account to make a purchase?

You can browse our collections without creating an account and select the products you like. You can create an account to buy, that is optional. However, register with us to get notified about the launch of new collections/ sale/ discount coupons etc. Save your address and payment details for quicker check out through your account. 

Is it safe to share my card details?

We at Alokik, make sure that your card details are not misused. Your personal online security is our responsibility. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system. We have incorporated a trusted payment gateway that allows safe and protected transactions.
