We aim to deliver the product in best quality. All our products are handcrafted with love and care and our team makes sure we deliver the product as per the requirements to your doorsteps. We ship all our products post a quality check. However, for some reason, you do not like the product, we have the return/exchange policy.

  • Since we make every product on ‘made to order’, we do not offer any cash refund on the product. The amount will be given as credit which will reflect in your account. The credit can be redeemed anytime by the user. The validity of the credit has no expiry. 
  • Kindly ensure that the product is not used and washed. The product should be returned in its original condition with all tags intact in its original packaging.
  • The returns will not be accepted on damaged products.
  • Discounted products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Return or exchange will not be accepted on customized orders.
  • International Orders are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
  • Product must be exchanged or returned within 7 days of order placed.
  • Product can be exchanged only once.
  • Once we receive the product, we will conduct a quality check. Post that we will notify you if the product is applicable for return or exchange. If approved, we will process your exchange in 7 business days. In case of return, credit is issued against the product amount.
  • Please order the right product following our size guide, as a lot of hardwork is involved in making each product or share your customised body measurements with us for accurate fitting.
  • Make sure all the details of shipment address are complete and accurate. This will help us in a faster delivery.
