Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

We aim to deliver the product in best quality. All our products are handcrafted with a lot of love and care and our team makes sure we deliver the product as per the requirements to your doorsteps. We ship all our products post a quality check. 

• Since we make every product on ‘made to order’, we will not be able to accept any returns/ exchanges once the order has been delivered. 
• In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged/ defective, we will assist in the replacement of the same. Please send us an email detailing out the damage/ defect in the product along with a photo at alokikbydivya@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. All returns will be subject to our verification. Once your return request is verified, we will notify you and we will gladly offer you an exchange.
